Nothing at all was done by that content knower, void of being and of nonbeing, without latent wishes, even as one who changes in the world's way of seeing.

भाव र अभावबाट रहित, तृप्त, निर्वासन बुधले लोकको दृष्टिमा विकार गरेजस्तो देखिए पनि केही गरेको छैन।
Where it sits
Astavakra is still speaking. The world's way of seeing is allowed, and still nothing was done.
Split: bhāvābhāvavihīnaḥ (भावाभावविहीनः) + yaḥ (यः) + tṛptaḥ (तृप्तः) + nirvāsanaḥ (निर्वासनः) + budhaḥ (बुधः) + na (न) + eva (एव) + kiñcit (किञ्चित्) + kṛtam (कृतम्) + tena (तेन) + lokadṛṣṭyā (लोकदृष्ट्या) + vikurvatā (विकुर्वता)

The phrases
yaḥ (यः) joins bhāvābhāvavihīnaḥ (भावाभावविहीनः), tṛptaḥ (तृप्तः), nirvāsanaḥ (निर्वासनः), and budhaḥ (बुधः). tena picks that one up as the agent. kiñcit (किञ्चित्) kṛtam (कृतम्) is denied by na eva. lokadṛṣṭyā (लोकदृष्ट्या) says in whose seeing, and vikurvatā (विकुर्वता) agrees with tena.
