The line

For the one whose form is pure flashing and who does not see the state of the seeable, where is rule, and where is dispassion, where is leaving, or where even is quiet?

शुद्ध स्फुरण नै रूप भएको, दृश्यको भाव नदेख्नेको विधि कहाँ, वैराग्य कहाँ, त्याग कहाँ, शम नै कहाँ?

Where it sits

Aṣṭāvakra (अष्टावक्र) is still speaking, and the pure flashing of the previous verse now has no rule set beside it.

Split: śuddhasphuraṇarūpasya (शुद्धस्फुरणरूपस्य) + dṛśyabhāvam (दृश्यभावम्) + apaśyataḥ (अपश्यतः) + kva (क्व) + vidhiḥ (विधिः) + kva (क्व) + ca (च) + vairāgyam (वैराग्यम्) + kva (क्व) + tyāgaḥ (त्यागः) + kva (क्व) + śamaḥ (शमः) + api (अपि) + vā (वा)
