kva dhairyaṃ kva vivekitvaṃ kva nirātaṅkatāpi vā |
anirvācyasvabhāvasya niḥsvabhāvasya yoginaḥ

The line

Where is firmness, where is the state of discriminating, or where even is the state of being without alarm, for the yogin whose own being cannot be spoken and who is without an own being?

नेपालीमा

धैर्य कहाँ, विवेकको अवस्था कहाँ, आतङ्क नहुनुको अवस्था कहाँ? भन्न नसकिने स्वभाव भएको, स्वभाव नै नभएको योगीको लागि ती कतै छैनन्।

Where it sits

Aṣṭāvakra (अष्टावक्र) is still speaking, and the steady one without alarm is now the yogin whose own being cannot be spoken.

Split: kva (क्व) + dhairyam (धैर्यम्) + kva (क्व) + vivekitvam (विवेकित्वम्) + kva (क्व) + nirātaṅkatā (निरातङ्कता) + api (अपि) + vā (वा) + anirvācyasvabhāvasya (अनिर्वाच्यस्वभावस्य) + niḥsvabhāvasya (निःस्वभावस्य) + yoginaḥ (योगिनः)

The phrases

Three kva (क्व) questions with nominative nouns and no finite verb. api (अपि) vā (वा) sits on nirātaṅkatā (निरातङ्कता). The genitives anirvācyasvabhāvasya (अनिर्वाच्यस्वभावस्य), niḥsvabhāvasya (निःस्वभावस्य), and yoginaḥ (योगिनः) are one person, the one for whom the questions are asked.

Sanskrit in this line

nirātaṅkatā (निरातङ्कता) plus api (अपि) is nirātaṅkatāpi (निरातङ्कतापि), ā (आ) plus a (अ) remaining ā (आ). niḥsvabhāvasya (निःस्वभावस्य) keeps the visarga of niḥ (निः) before the consonant s.
