The line

A wonder: for one detached here and in the other world, who discriminates the lasting and the unlasting, who desires liberation, there is fear of liberation itself.

Sanskrit in this line

iha joined to amutra is ihāmutra (इहामुत्र). mokṣāt (मोक्षात्) before eva is voiced to d, and the file keeps a space, so the halant stands and eva begins as its own syllable.
