The phrases

Four kva questions ask after dharmaḥ (धर्मः), kāmaḥ (कामः), arthaḥ (अर्थः), and vivekitā (विवेकिता). Those questions belong to muktasya yoginaḥ (योगिनः). dvandvaiḥ (द्वन्द्वैः) is what he is freed from, and iti names the pair idam kṛtam (कृतम्) and idam na.

Sanskrit in this line

ca arthaḥ (अर्थः) is cārthaḥ (चार्थः). na iti is neti. kṛtam (कृतम्) idam keeps m before i. dvandvaiḥ (द्वन्द्वैः) before mukta is dvandvair.
