the Aṣṭāvakra Gītā (अष्टावक्र गीता)
nirāśaṃ gatasandehaṃ cittaṃ muktasya rājate
The line
The mind of the liberated one is not agitated and not content. It is not an agent, it is free of tremor, without expectation, and past doubt. That mind shines.
Where it sits
Astavakra is still speaking. The line lists what the mind of the liberated one is not, then says that mind shines.
Split: na (न) + udvignam (उद्विग्नम्) + na (न) + ca (च) + santuṣṭam (सन्तुष्टम्) + akartṛ (अकर्तृ) + spandavarjitam (स्पन्दवर्जितम्) + nirāśam (निराशम्) + gatasandeham (गतसन्देहम्) + cittam (चित्तम्) + muktasya (मुक्तस्य) + rājate (राजते)

Sanskrit in this line
na plus udvignam is nodvignam. The final m of udvignam, nirāśam (निराशम्), gatasandeham, and cittam is anusvara before the next consonant.
