The second buddhiḥ (बुद्धिः) belongs to muktasya (मुक्तस्य). nirālambā (निरालम्बा) and niṣkāmā (निष्कामा) agree with it. eva (एव) and sarvadā (सर्वदा) tighten the claim.

mumukṣoḥ (मुमुक्षोः) plus buddhiḥ (बुद्धिः) is mumukṣor (मुमुक्षोर्) buddhir, and that buddhiḥ (बुद्धिः) before ālambam (आलम्बम्) keeps the r. nirālambā (निरालम्बा) plus eva is nirālambaiva (निरालम्बैव). The second buddhiḥ (बुद्धिः) plus muktasya is buddhir muktasya.
