yuddhaprahāraghātanavikṛtacchedanavidāraṇaiścaiva |
saṃṅgrāmasambhramādyairebhiḥ sañjāyate raudraḥ

The line

By striking in battle, by blows, by distorted cutting and tearing, and by the tumult of battle and the rest, the furious arises.

नेपालीमा

युद्धमा हान्नु, चोट, विकृत काट्नु र च्यात्नु, तथा युद्धको होहल्ला आदिले रौद्र उठ्छ।

Where it sits

The prose says the furious has anger as its stable state, belongs to the nature of rakṣas (रक्ष), dānava (दानव), and haughty men, and has battle as its cause. It also says the furious exists for others, and that the excess is what is being stated: those beings are furious by nature. The verse gives the battle occasions.
