The line

नेपालीमा
विभाव, अनुभाव र व्यभिचारी अवस्थाको संयोगबाट रस पूरा हुन्छ।
Where it sits
The sentence is the line above: determinant, consequent, and passing state, joined, and from that joining the rasa (रस) comes to completion. A vibhāva (विभाव) is what gives the feeling its occasion. An anubhāva (अनुभाव) is what makes it known on the body and in the voice. A vyabhicārin (व्यभिचारिन्) is a state that moves alongside the stable one. From their joining, the rasa (रस) comes to be. The prose around the sentence gives a kitchen likeness: as a taste comes to be from condiments, herbs, and substances, a stable feeling joined with many states comes to be a rasa (रस). Rasa (रस) is so called because it is tasted. Spectators of good mind taste the stable feelings, shown by voice, body, and sattva (सत्त्व), as eaters taste a dressed dish, and they come to joy. 6.32 and 6.33 are the verses of that likeness. Abhinavagupta's reading of this sentence is a later commentary. It is named, and it is not sat.
Split: vibhāvānubhāva (विभावानुभाव) + vyabhicāri (व्यभिचारि) + saṃyogād (संयोगाद्) rasa (रस) + niṣpattiḥ (निष्पत्तिः)
