मुखवर्णपरावृत्त्या नाडीपीडनयोगतः ।
वैवर्ण्यमभिनेतव्यं प्रयत्नात्तद्धि दुष्करम् mukhavarṇaparāvṛttyā nāḍīpīḍanayogataḥ |

The line
By the turning of the color of the face, and by the practice of pressing the vessels, change of color is to be acted, with effort, for it is hard to do.
