नानाभिनयसम्बद्धान्भावयन्ति रसानिमान् ।
यस्मातस्मादमी भावा विज्ञेया नाट्ययोक्तृभिः nānābhinayasambaddhānbhāvayanti rasānimān |
yasmātasmādamī bhāvā vijñeyā nāṭyayoktṛbhiḥ
The line
Because they bring these rasa (रस) states into being, bound up with many actings, therefore these are to be known as bhāva (भाव) states by the speakers of drama.
