Where it sits
Vyādhi (व्याधि). The prose divides fever into the one with cold and the one with burning, from wind, bile, and phlegm. The verse gives the common picture: a slack body and a contracted face.
Split: samāsatastu (समासतस्तु) vyādhīnāṃ (व्याधीनां) kartavyo (कर्तव्यो) 'bhinayo (ऽभिनयो) budhaiḥ (बुधैः) / srastāṅgagātravikṣepaistathā (स्रस्ताङ्गगात्रविक्षेपैस्तथा) mukhavikūṇanaiḥ (मुखविकूणनैः)
