परस्परकृता सिद्धिस्तयोरभिनये भवेत्
na bhāvahīno 'sti raso na bhāvo rasavarjitaḥ |
parasparakṛtā siddhistayorabhinaye bhavet

The line

There is no rasa (रस) empty of bhāva (भाव), and no bhāva (भाव) left by rasa (रस). The success of those two in the acting comes about made by each other.

नेपालीमा

भावरहित रस हुँदैन र रसले छोडेको भाव हुँदैन। अभिनयमा ती दुईको सफलता एकअर्काले बनाएर आउँछ।

Where it sits

The verse's own pair is na bhāvahīno 'sti rasaḥ (न भावहीनोऽस्ति रसः) and na bhāvo rasavarjitaḥ (न भावो रसवर्जितः). Each needs the other in the performance. This sits beside 6.34, which had given the arising one direction.

Split: na (न) bhāvahīno (भावहीनो) 'sti (ऽस्ति) raso (रसो) na (न) bhāvo (भावो) rasavarjitaḥ (रसवर्जितः) / parasparakṛtā (परस्परकृता) siddhistayorabhinaye (सिद्धिस्तयोरभिनये) bhavet (भवेत्)
