In 13.3, what case is kṣetra-kṣetrajñayoḥ (क्षेत्र-क्षेत्रज्ञयोः), and what question does that case answer?

This body, son of Kuntī (कुन्ती), is called the field, and the one who knows it, the knowers of that call the knower of the field.

Where do 13.1–13.7 sit in the talk between Arjuna (अर्जुन) and Kṛṣṇa (कृष्ण)?
Answer
Arjuna (अर्जुन) asks, in 13.1, to know nature and the person, the field and the knower of the field, and knowledge and what is to be known. Kṛṣṇa (कृष्ण) answers at 13.2: this body is called the field, and the one who knows it is the knower of the field. He is to be known as that knower in every field. The field in brief is the great elements, the I-maker, the intellect, the unmanifest, the senses and their objects, together with desire, hatred, pleasure, pain, the aggregate, awareness, and steadiness. This book numbers the question 13.1 and the answer 13.2.

Say 13.2 back. Which word fails the sitting if the body and the knower trade places?
Answer
इदं शरीरं कौन्तेय क्षेत्रम् इति अभिधीयते idaṃ śarīraṃ kaunteya kṣetram iti abhidhīyate. The body is the field. kṣetrajñaḥ (क्षेत्रज्ञः) is the one who knows it. If śarīram (शरीरम्) comes out as the knower, stay here.
