4.11

ये यथा मां प्रपद्यन्ते तांस्तथैव भजाम्यहम् ।
मम वर्त्मानुवर्तन्ते मनुष्याः पार्थ सर्वशः ॥

ye yathā māṃ prapadyante tāṃs tathaiva bhajāmy aham
mama vartmānuvartante manuṣyāḥ pārtha sarvaśaḥ

Kṛṣṇa (कृष्ण) is still speaking, to Arjuna.

The verse

As they come to me, so I meet them; human beings follow my path in every way, Pārtha (पार्थ).

Where it sits

4.10 named the people who have come to his state, and this verse says the coming is not one shape: he meets the way of the approach. The next verse shows the approach most people take, sacrifice to the gods for a result.

The phrases

ye yathā māṃ prapadyante (ये यथा मां प्रपद्यन्ते) is the manner of coming. In whatever way they come to me. yathā (यथा) is waiting for tathā (तथा).

tān tathā eva bhajāmi aham (तान् तथा एव भजामि अहम्) is the answer. Those people, in that very way, I meet. tān tathā (तान् तथा) is recited tāṃs tathā (तांस्तथा). tathā eva (तथा एव) is tathaiva (तथैव). bhajāmi aham (भजामि अहम्) is bhajāmy aham (भजाम्यहम्).

mama vartma anuvartante manuṣyāḥ pārtha sarvaśaḥ (मम वर्त्म अनुवर्तन्ते मनुष्याः पार्थ सर्वशः) widens it. Human beings follow my path in every way. vartma anuvartante (वर्त्म अनुवर्तन्ते) is vartmānuvartante (वर्त्मानुवर्तन्ते). The path is the object. The humans are the subject.

Sanskrit in this line

तान् + तथा tān + tathā is recited tāṃs tathā (तांस्तथा). n (न्) before t (त्) becomes anusvāra (अनुस्वार) plus s (स्). You do not pronounce a plain n (न्) there, and you do not drop the s (स्). The pair yathā (यथा) / tathā (तथा) is the same "as / so" shape as yadā (यदा) / tadā (तदा) in 4.7, now about manner rather than time.

Say it back

The way they come, the way he meets them. If tathā (तथा) is missing, the verse has no answer to yathā (यथा).
