5.19
इहैव तैर्जितः सर्गो येषां साम्ये स्थितं मनः ।
निर्दोषं हि समं ब्रह्म तस्माद् ब्रह्मणि ते स्थिताः ॥
ihaiva tair jitaḥ sargo yeṣāṃ sāmye sthitaṃ manaḥ
nirdoṣaṃ hi samaṃ brahma tasmād brahmaṇi te sthitāḥ
Kṛṣṇa (कृष्ण) continues. The same sight of 5.18 is now called sāmya (साम्य), evenness, and it is said to win here.
The verse
Here itself the round of birth is conquered by those whose mind stands in evenness, for brahman is flawless and even, and therefore they stand in brahman.
Where it sits
5.18 put the same sight on five beings. This verse says what that evenness does to birth, and it says it is done here, in this life. They stand in brahman because brahman is the even thing their mind has already stood in.

The phrases
iha eva taiḥ jitaḥ sargaḥ (इह एव तैः जितः सर्गः) is the claim. Here itself, the round of birth is conquered by them. yeṣām sāmye sthitam manaḥ (येषाम् साम्ये स्थितम् मनः) says who those "them" are: the ones whose mind stands in evenness. sthitam (स्थितम्) agrees with manaḥ (मनः), neuter.
nirdoṣam hi samam brahma (निर्दोषम् हि समम् ब्रह्म) is the reason. Brahman is flawless and even. tasmāt brahmaṇi te sthitāḥ (तस्मात् ब्रह्मणि ते स्थिताः) is the conclusion. Therefore they stand in brahman. The evenness of the mind and the evenness of brahman are the same word's family: sama (सम), sāmya (साम्य).
iha eva (इह एव) is recited ihaiva (इहैव). taiḥ jitaḥ (तैः जितः) is recited tair jitaḥ (तैर्जितः). tasmāt brahmaṇi (तस्मात् ब्रह्मणि) is recited tasmād brahmaṇi (तस्माद् ब्रह्मणि).
Sanskrit in this line
tasmāt (तस्मात्) is the ablative of tad (तद्), "from that," and in this sentence it means "therefore." Before the voiced b (ब्) of brahmaṇi (ब्रह्मणि) the final t (त्) voices to d (द्): tasmād (तस्माद्). The ablative ending is still --āt (आत्) when you split. The recited d (द्) is the next sound pulling on it.
Say it back
Say what is conquered, and where the mind stands. If iha eva (इह एव) is postponed to another life, stay here.
