7.15

न मां दुष्कृतिनो मूढाः प्रपद्यन्ते नराधमाः ।
माययापहृतज्ञाना आसुरं भावमाश्रिताः ॥

na māṃ duṣkṛtino mūḍhāḥ prapadyante narādhamāḥ
māyayāpahṛtajñānā āsuraṃ bhāvam āśritāḥ

Kṛṣṇa (कृष्ण) is speaking, to Arjuna (अर्जुन).

The verse

People of bad action do not come to me, the deluded, the lowest of men. Their knowledge has been carried off by māyā (माया), and they rest on an asuric way of being.

नेपालीमा

दुष्कर्म गर्ने, मोहित र मानिसहरूमध्ये नीच मानिसहरू मकहाँ आउँदैनन्। तिनीहरूको ज्ञान मायाले लगिसकेको छ, र तिनीहरू आसुरी भावमा अडिएका छन्।

Where it sits

7.14 said the ones who come to him cross the māyā (माया). This verse is the other party. The same verb, prapadyante (प्रपद्यन्ते), with na (न). The next verse names the four kinds who do come.

Split: न + माम् + दुष्-कृतिनः + मूढाः + प्रपद्यन्ते + नर-अधमाः + मायया + अपहृत-ज्ञानाः + आसुरम् + भावम् + आश्रिताः

na + mām + duṣ-kṛtinaḥ + mūḍhāḥ + prapadyante + nara-adhamāḥ + māyayā + apahṛta-jñānāḥ + āsuram + bhāvam + āśritāḥ

The phrases

na mām duṣ-kṛtinaḥ mūḍhāḥ prapadyante nara-adhamāḥ (न माम् दुष्-कृतिनः मूढाः प्रपद्यन्ते नर-अधमाः) is the refusal. They do not come to him. Three nominative plurals, one subject: people of bad action, the deluded, the lowest of men.

māyayā apahṛta-jñānāḥ (मायया अपहृत-ज्ञानाः) says what the māyā (माया) of 7.14 has done to them. Their knowing has been carried off. आसुरम् भावम् आश्रिताः āsuram bhāvam āśritāḥ is where they rest instead: an asuric way of being.

Sanskrit in this line

apahṛta-jñānāḥ (अपहृत-ज्ञानाः) is a bahuvrīhi (बहुव्रीहि). It does not mean "stolen knowledges," as if jñāna (ज्ञान) were the subject. It describes the people: their knowledge is the thing that has been carried off. The nominative plural agrees with duṣ-kṛtinaḥ (दुष्-कृतिनः).

Before the vowel of āsuram (आसुरम्), that āḥ (आः) drops its visarga. The recited line has māyayāpahṛtajñānā āsuram (माययापहृतज्ञाना आसुरम्). The word is still plural. Do not read jñānā (ज्ञाना) as a feminine singular.

duṣ-kṛtinaḥ (दुष्-कृतिनः) is nominative plural of a stem in --in (इन्). The ending --inaḥ (इनः) will look the same, in 7.17, on a genitive singular. Context decides.

Say it back

Who does not come, and why. If the na (न) is lost, the worst people have been turned into devotees. Stay here until the refusal is audible.
