7.28

येषां त्वन्तगतं पापं जनानां पुण्यकर्मणाम् ।
ते द्वन्द्वमोहनिर्मुक्ता भजन्ते मां दृढव्रताः ॥

yeṣāṃ tv antagataṃ pāpaṃ janānāṃ puṇyakarmaṇām
te dvandvamohanirmuktā bhajante māṃ dṛḍhavratāḥ

Kṛṣṇa (कृष्ण) is speaking, to Arjuna (अर्जुन).

The verse

But those people of good deeds whose pāpa (पाप) has come to an end, they, freed from the delusion of the pairs, turn to me with firm vows.

नेपालीमा

तर जसका कर्म राम्रा छन् र जसको पाप सकिएको छ, तिनीहरू द्वन्द्वको मोहबाट मुक्त भएर दृढ व्रतसहित मतिर फर्किन्छन्।

Where it sits

7.27 was all beings, at creation, going into delusion. tu (तु) turns the page. There are people whose harm has ended, and the pair-delusion lets them go. They are the ones who can turn to him as the four of 7.16 do. The verb is bhajante (भजन्ते) again.

Split: येषाम् + तु + अन्त-गतम् + पापम् + जनानाम् + पुण्य-कर्मणाम् + ते + द्वन्द्व-मोह-निर्मुक्ताः + भजन्ते + माम् + दृढ-व्रताः

yeṣām + tu + anta-gatam + pāpam + janānām + puṇya-karmaṇām + te + dvandva-moha-nirmuktāḥ + bhajante + mām + dṛḍha-vratāḥ

The phrases

yeṣām tu anta-gatam pāpam janānām puṇya-karmaṇām (येषाम् तु अन्त-गतम् पापम् जनानाम् पुण्य-कर्मणाम्) names the people by a genitive, and says what is true of them by a nominative. People of good deeds, whose pāpa (पाप) has come to an end. The genitives are whose. पापम् अन्त-गतम् pāpam anta-gatam is the fact about them.

te dvandva-moha-nirmuktāḥ bhajante mām dṛḍha-vratāḥ (ते द्वन्द्व-मोह-निर्मुक्ताः भजन्ते माम् दृढ-व्रताः) is the correlative. They, freed from the pair-delusion of 7.27, turn to him, their vows firm. Two more nominatives describe te (ते). The freeing and the firmness are the same people as the genitives above.

Sanskrit in this line

तु + अन्त-गतम् tu + anta-gatam is recited tv antagatam (त्वन्तगतम्). उ + अ u + a becomes va (व). The tu (तु) is only a v (व्) at the front of anta (अन्त). It is the same join as तु + अन्याम् tu + anyām in 7.5 and तु + अहम् tu + aham in 7.12.

That tu (तु) is the turn of the verse. 7.27 had every being going into delusion. Without the "but," this verse sounds like a continuation of that, not the exception. puṇya-karmaṇām (पुण्य-कर्मणाम्) is genitive plural of the consonant stem karman (कर्मन्), ending --ṇām (णाम्).

Say it back

Whose harm has ended, then what they are freed from, then whom they turn to. If anta-gatam (अन्त-गतम्) becomes "begun," the people are the wrong people. Stay here.
