भ्रुवोर्मध्ये प्राणमावेश्य सम्यक्

prayāṇakāle manasā 'calena
bhaktyā yukto yogabalena caiva
bhruvor madhye prāṇam āveśya samyak
sa taṃ paraṃ puruṣam upaiti divyam
Kṛṣṇa (कृष्ण) continues. This is the main clause that 8.9 was waiting for. Meter: upajāti (उपजाति). The last quarter has twelve syllables, jagatī (जगती): sa taṃ paraṃ puruṣam upaiti divyam (स तं परं पुरुषमुपैति दिव्यम्). The first three have eleven, triṣṭubh (त्रिष्टुभ्).
The verse
At the time of departure, with an unmoving mind, yoked by devotion and by the strength of yoga, having rightly placed the breath between the two brows, he goes to that supreme divine person.
नेपालीमा
प्रस्थानको बेला, निश्चल मनले, भक्ति र योगको बलले युक्त भएर, प्राणलाई दुई आँखीभौंको बीचमा ठीक राखेर, ऊ त्यस परम दिव्य पुरुषकहाँ जान्छ।
Where it sits
The relative of 8.9 now has its verb. Remembering that person, and leaving with the breath set between the brows, he reaches him. The next verses will say the same goal in the language of the one syllable and the shut gates of the body.

The phrases
prayāṇakāle manasā acalena bhaktyā yuktaḥ yogabalena ca eva (प्रयाणकाले मनसा अचलेन भक्त्या युक्तः योगबलेन च एव) is how he is at the hour of leaving. An unmoving mind, yoked with devotion and with the strength of yoga. yuktaḥ (युक्तः) is nominative. It agrees with saḥ (सः). The instrumentals say with what he is yoked.
भ्रुवोः मध्ये प्राणम् आवेश्य सम्यक् bhruvoḥ madhye prāṇam āveśya samyak is the act at that hour. Having placed the breath rightly between the two brows. āveśya (आवेश्य) is a gerund. Its person is saḥ (सः), the subject of the main verb.
सः तं परं पुरुषम् उपैति दिव्यम् saḥ taṃ paraṃ puruṣam upaiti divyam is the arrival. He goes to that supreme divine person. tam (तम्) points back at the whole accusative string in 8.9.
Sanskrit in this line
मनसा + अचलेन manasā + acalena is recited manasā 'calena (मनसाऽचलेन). After a long ā (आ), a following short a (अ) is dropped, the ā (आ) stays, and ऽ marks the loss. This is the avagraha again, but the vowel that remains is long. dehe 'smin (देहेऽस्मिन्) in 8.2 kept an e (ए). Here the surviving vowel is the ā (आ) of manasā (मनसा).
भ्रुवोः + मध्ये bhruvoḥ + madhye is recited bhruvor madhye (भ्रुवोर्मध्ये). Visarga after o (ओ), before a consonant, becomes r (र्).
Say it back
The hour, the unmoving mind, where the breath is placed, and the person he reaches. If saḥ (सः) is not the same man as yaḥ (यः) in 8.9, the two verses have come apart.
