न च मां तानि कर्माणि
निबध्नन्ति धनञ्जय ।
उदासीनवदासीनम्
असक्तं तेषु कर्मसु ॥
na ca māṃ tāni karmāṇi nibadhnanti dhanañjaya
udāsīnavad āsīnam asaktaṃ teṣu karmasu
Kṛṣṇa (कृष्ण) is still speaking to Arjuna (अर्जुन). dhanañjaya (धनञ्जय) is "winner of wealth," his name for him here.
The verse
And those actions do not bind me, winner of wealth, sitting as one who sits apart, unattached among those actions.
नेपालीमा
हे धन जित्ने, ती कर्मले मलाई बाँध्दैनन्। म ती कर्ममा आसक्ति नराखी अलग बस्नेझैँ बस्छु।
Where it sits
He spreads the world, bears beings, and sends them forth again and again. This verse says the work does not use him up and does not tie him. The next verse names nature as the one that brings forth, with him as overseer.

The phrases
na ca māṃ tāni karmāṇi nibadhnanti (न च मां तानि कर्माणि निबध्नन्ति) is the point. Those actions do not bind him. The sending-forth of 9.8 is among them.
उदासीनवत् आसीनम् udāsīnavat āsīnam is how he sits in the middle of the work: like a man sitting apart, and actually sitting. Both words are accusative, agreeing with mām (माम्).
asaktaṃ teṣu karmasu (असक्तं तेषु कर्मसु) is the same seat, said as non-clinging. The locative is where the clinging would have been: in those actions.
Sanskrit in this line
उदासीनवत् + आसीनम् udāsīnavat + āsīnam is recited udāsīnavad āsīnam (उदासीनवदासीनम्). t (त्) before a vowel becomes d (द्). karmasu (कर्मसु) is the locative plural of karman (कर्मन्). The ending on this stem is --su (सु).
Say it back
Cover the English. Say whether the actions bind him. If nibadhnanti (निबध्नन्ति) loses its na (न), stay here.
