Arjuna (अर्जुन) is still speaking, to Kṛṣṇa (कृष्ण). Meter: triṣṭubh (त्रिष्टुभ्). Four quarters, eleven syllables each, forty-four in the verse.

The verse

As moths at full speed enter a blazing fire to their destruction, so the worlds at full speed enter your mouths, also to their destruction.

नेपालीमा

जसरी पतिङ्ग्रा पूरा वेगले बलिरहेको आगोमा आफ्नो नाशका लागि पस्छन्, त्यसरी लोकहरू पूरा वेगले तपाईंका मुखमा पनि आफ्नो नाशका लागि पस्छन्।

Where it sits

The ocean of 11.28 received the rivers and remained. The fire of this verse consumes. He is one verse away from asking who this is. The dative nāśāya (नाशाय) is the answer he does not yet have in a name.

The phrases

yathā pradīptam jvalanam pataṅgāḥ viśanti nāśāya samṛddha-vegāḥ (यथा प्रदीप्तम् ज्वलनम् पतङ्गाः विशन्ति नाशाय समृद्ध-वेगाः) changes the picture. Moths enter a blazing fire for their destruction, speed at its full.

tathā eva nāśāya viśanti lokāḥ tava api vaktrāṇi samṛddha-vegāḥ (तथा एव नाशाय विशन्ति लोकाः तव अपि वक्त्राणि समृद्ध-वेगाः) puts the worlds in the moths' place. They too enter your mouths for destruction, at full speed. nāśāya (नाशाय) is said twice, once for each half.

Sanskrit in this line

लोकाः + तव lokāḥ + tava is recited across the quarter as लोकास्- / तवापि. āḥ (आः) before voiceless t (त्) becomes ās (आस्). The hyphen holds the s (स्) at the end of the line because the word tava (तव) starts the next quarter. The word is still lokāḥ (लोकाः). तथा + एव tathā + eva is tathaiva (तथैव).

Say it back

What the moths enter, and why. If nāśāya (नाशाय) comes out as "to drink," the end was changed. They enter for destruction.
