The verse
That has hands and feet everywhere, eyes and heads and mouths everywhere, and hearing everywhere, and having covered all it stands in the world.
नेपालीमा
त्यसका हात र खुट्टा सर्वत्र छन्, आँखा र शिरहरू र मुखहरू सर्वत्र छन्, र सुन्ने शक्ति सर्वत्र छ, र सबै ढाकेर त्यो संसारमा उभिएको छ।
Where it sits
What is to be known has hands, feet, eyes, heads, mouths, and hearing everywhere, and the next verse will say it shines as every sense, is free of every sense, and is free of the guṇa (गुण)s.

Sanskrit, in depth
The words
| देवनागरी | Word | Grammar | Sense |

| सर्वतः | sarvataḥ | indeclinable | everywhere. On all sides. The ending --taḥ (तः) answers "from which side." |
| पाणि-पादम् | pāṇi-pādam | nominative singular neuter | having hands and feet. pāṇi (पाणि) is the hand. pāda (पाद) is the foot. Agrees with tat (तत्). |
| तत् | tat | nominative singular neuter | that. What is to be known. |
| सर्वतः | sarvataḥ | indeclinable | everywhere. |
| अक्षि-शिरः-मुखम् | akṣi-śiraḥ-mukham | nominative singular neuter | having eyes, heads, and mouths. akṣi (अक्षि) eye, śiras (शिरस्) head, mukha (मुख) mouth. |
| सर्वतः | sarvataḥ | indeclinable | everywhere. |

The phrases
sarvataḥ pāṇipādaṃ tat (सर्वतः पाणिपादं तत्) gives it hands and feet, and puts them everywhere. The neuter agrees with tat (तत्), the jñeyam (ज्ञेयम्) of 13.13.
sarvataḥ akṣiśiromukham (सर्वतः अक्षिशिरोमुखम्) does the same with eyes, heads, and mouths. सर्वतः + अक्षि sarvataḥ + akṣi is recited sarvato 'kṣi (सर्वतोऽक्षि).
sarvataḥ śrutimat loke (सर्वतः श्रुतिमत् लोके) gives it hearing everywhere, and the verb places it in the world. सर्वम् आवृत्य तिष्ठति sarvam āvṛtya tiṣṭhati is how it stands: having covered all. श्रुतिमत् + लोके śrutimat + loke is recited śrutimal loke (श्रुतिमल्लोके).
Sanskrit in this line
सर्वतः + अक्षि sarvataḥ + akṣi is sarvato 'kṣi (सर्वतोऽक्षि). aḥ (अः) meets a (अ): the join is o (ओ), and ऽ holds the place of the lost a (अ).
श्रुतिमत् + लोके śrutimat + loke is śrutimal loke (श्रुतिमल्लोके). A final t (त्) before l (ल्) becomes l (ल्), so the seam is a doubled l (ल्).
Say it back
Say the hands and feet, and say where they are. If sarvataḥ (सर्वतः) drops out and the hands stay on one body, stay here.
