Where it sits
Three of the six words from 13.1 close here, kṣetra (क्षेत्र), jñāna (ज्ञान), and jñeya (ज्ञेय), while prakṛti (प्रकृति) and puruṣa (पुरुष) wait until 13.20, and the fruit is his own state for the one called madbhaktaḥ (मद्भक्तः).

The phrases
iti kṣetraṃ tathā jñānaṃ jñeyaṃ ca uktam samāsataḥ (इति क्षेत्रं तथा ज्ञानं ज्ञेयं च उक्तम् समासतः) gathers three of the six words. Thus the field, knowledge, and what is to be known have been said, in brief. च + उक्तम् ca + uktam is recited coktam (चोक्तम्).
मद्भक्तः एतत् विज्ञाय madbhaktaḥ etad vijñāya is the person and the act. My devotee, having discerned this. एतत् + विज्ञाय etat + vijñāya is etad vijñāya (एतद्विज्ञाय).
madbhāvāya upapadyate (मद्भावाय उपपद्यते) is where that discerning goes. He comes to my state. मद्भावाय + उपपद्यते madbhāvāya + upapadyate is madbhāvāyopapadyate (मद्भावायोपपद्यते).
Sanskrit in this line
vijñāya (विज्ञाय) is a gerund with a prefix, so the ending is --ya (य). jñātvā (ज्ञात्वा) in 13.13 had no prefix and took --tvā (त्वा). Same verb jñā (ज्ञा), two endings. You choose by looking at the front of the word.
च + उक्तम् ca + uktam is coktam (चोक्तम्). अ + उ a + u becomes o (ओ).
Say it back
Name the three that have been said, and where the devotee comes. If madbhāvāya (मद्भावाय) comes out as a distant place with no "my," stay here.
