Kṛṣṇa (कृष्ण) leaves their words and says where that mind falls.

The verse

Bewildered by many thoughts, wrapped in the net of delusion, attached to enjoyments of desire, they fall into an unclean hell.

नेपालीमा

धेरै विचारले भ्रमित, मोहको जालमा बेरिएका, इच्छाका भोगमा आसक्त, तिनीहरू अशुद्ध नरकमा खस्छन्।

Where it sits

The speech is over, and this is the fall Kṛṣṇa (कृष्ण) names for the mind that spoke it. Hell is the place of the fall here, and the name "gate" comes at 16.21.

The phrases

aneka-citta-vibhrāntāḥ moha-jāla-samāvṛtāḥ (अनेक-चित्त-विभ्रान्ताः मोह-जाल-समावृताः) describes them before the verb. Many thoughts have whirled them, and the net of delusion has wrapped them. Both are nominative plural.

prasaktāḥ kāma-bhogeṣu patanti narake aśucau (प्रसक्ताः काम-भोगेषु पतन्ति नरके अशुचौ) is the fall. The attachment is locative: stuck in the enjoyments of desire. The fall is locative too: into an unclean hell. aśucau (अशुचौ) agrees with narake (नरके). It is not a second place.

Sanskrit in this line

नरके + अशुचौ narake + aśucau is recited narake 'śucau (नरकेऽशुचौ). ए + अ e + a keeps the e (ए), and ऽ marks the lost a (अ). aśucau (अशुचौ) is locative, agreeing with narake (नरके). If the avagraha is missed, the impurity has no case and the hell has no adjective.

Say it back

Cover the English. Say where they are attached and where they fall. If narake (नरके) comes out as a nominative person, stay here.
