yajñadānatapaḥkriyāḥ pravartante (यज्ञदानतपःक्रियाः प्रवर्तन्ते) is what proceeds. The acts of sacrifice, gift, and austerity go forward. These are the three acts he has just sorted.

Sanskrit in this line
तस्मात् + ॐ + इति + उदाहृत्य tasmāt + oṃ + iti + udāhṛtya is recited tasmād om ity udāhṛtya (तस्मादोमित्युदाहृत्य). Final t (त्) before the vowel of oṃ (ॐ) is written d (द्): तस्माद् ॐ tasmād oṃ. The anusvara of oṃ (ॐ) before iti (इति) becomes m (म्): om iti (ओमिति). Then इ + उ i + u becomes yu (यु): ity udāhṛtya (इत्युदाहृत्य). The uttered word inside the cluster is oṃ (ॐ).
Say it back
Therefore, having uttered oṃ (ॐ), the acts go forward. If the syllable inside tasmād om (तस्मादोम्) is lost, stay here.
