The phrases

tam eva śaraṇaṃ gaccha sarvabhāvena bhārata (तमेव शरणं गच्छ सर्वभावेन भारत) is the command. Go to him alone for refuge, with all your being. तम् एव tam eva is the lord just named, and no other.

tatprasādāt parāṃ śāntiṃ sthānaṃ prāpsyasi śāśvatam (तत्प्रसादात्परां शान्तिं स्थानं प्राप्स्यसि शाश्वतम्) is what the going obtains. By his grace, supreme peace, and the perpetual place. Two objects of one future, prāpsyasi (प्राप्स्यसि).

Sanskrit in this line

gaccha (गच्छ) is the imperative of gam (गम्), second person singular. śaraṇam (शरणम्) is its object, and tam (तम्) is the person the refuge belongs to. The future prāpsyasi (प्राप्स्यसि) is a different stem of a different verb, प्र-आप pra-āp, "you will reach." Keep the command and the promise apart.

Say it back

Cover the English. Say whom he goes to, and the two things he will reach. If śaraṇam (शरणम्) is a place on the field, stay here.
