The phrases

rājan saṃsmṛtya saṃsmṛtya saṃvādam imam adbhutam (राजन्संस्मृत्य संस्मृत्य संवादमिममद्भुतम्) is the remembering, said twice. O king, remembering and remembering this wondrous dialogue.

keśavārjunayoḥ puṇyaṃ hṛṣyāmi ca muhur muhuḥ (केशवार्जुनयोः पुण्यं हृष्यामि च मुहुर्मुहुः) names whose dialogue, and what the memory does. Holy, of Keśava (केशव) and Arjuna (अर्जुन), and I thrill again and again. The dual genitive is the two of them together.

Sanskrit in this line

मुहुः + मुहुः muhuḥ + muhuḥ is recited muhur muhuḥ (मुहुर्मुहुः). uḥ (उः) before the voiced m (म्) becomes ur (उर्). The repetition of saṃsmṛtya (संस्मृत्य) is not sandhi. It is the same gerund twice, and the twice is the meaning: over and over. केशव + अर्जुनयोः keśava + arjunayoḥ is keśavārjunayoḥ (केशवार्जुनयोः), अ + अ a + a becoming ā (आ).

Say it back

Cover the English. Say what he remembers, and how often he thrills. If the dual keśava-arjunayoḥ (केशव-अर्जुनयोः) becomes one name, stay here.
