मुख्यक्रमेण वाङ्गानां तदर्थत्वात्
mukhyakrameṇa vāṅgānāṃ tadarthatvāt
The line
By means of a compound: primary, and order, of a compound: or, and a limb, a subsidiary part, because of because it is for the sake of that.
