The phrases

आयुधानाम् अहं वज्रं धेनूनाम् अस्मि कामधुक् āyudhānām ahaṃ vajraṃ dhenūnām asmi kāmadhuk is a weapon and a cow. Of weapons, the vajra. Of cows, the one that milks desires. vajram (वज्रम्) is neuter, so nominative and accusative look the same. With aham (अहम्) it is the predicate, "I am the vajra."

प्रजनः च अस्मि कन्दर्पः सर्पाणाम् अस्मि वासुकिः prajanaḥ ca asmi kandarpaḥ sarpāṇām asmi vāsukiḥ has no genitive before prajanaḥ (प्रजनः). Both prajanaḥ (प्रजनः) and kandarpaḥ (कन्दर्पः) are nominative. He is generation, Kandarpa. Then, of serpents, Vāsuki. The next verse will name a nāga, a different group.

Sanskrit in this line

kāmadhuk (कामधुक्) is the nominative of a stem ending in h (ह्). duh (दुह्) is "to milk." In the nominative singular the h (ह्) with the ending shows as k (क्): kāmadhuk (कामधुक्), not the stem-form kāmadhuh (कामधुह्). You meet the word as the subject in the form the line actually uses.

Say it back

The cow and the group. kāmadhuk (कामधुक्), dhenūnām (धेनूनाम्). If the nominative is rebuilt as a stem in h (ह्), stay here. The line says kāmadhuk (कामधुक्).
