The phrases
amī hi tvām sura-saṅghāḥ viśanti (अमी हि त्वाम् सुर-सङ्घाः विशन्ति) is the entering. These hosts of gods go into you. viśanti (विशन्ति) will be the verb of the warriors too.
kecit bhītāḥ prāñjalayaḥ gṛṇanti (केचित् भीताः प्राञ्जलयः गृणन्ति) is the other response, from some of them. Frightened, palms joined, they praise.
svasti iti uktvā maharṣi-siddha-saṅghāḥ stuvanti tvām (स्वस्ति इति उक्त्वा महर्षि-सिद्ध-सङ्घाः स्तुवन्ति त्वाम्) is the word the seers say. Having said "hail," they praise you with rich praises.
Sanskrit in this line
स्वस्ति + इति svasti + iti is recited svastīti (स्वस्तीति). i (इ) plus i (इ) is ī (ई). iti (इति) is the mark that svasti (स्वस्ति) is a word they utter, not a verb of the sentence. केचित् + भीताः kecit + bhītāḥ is kecid bhītāḥ (केचिद्भीताः): t (त्) before bh (भ्) voices to d (द्).
Say it back
What the hosts of gods do, and what the seers say. If everybody only praises, viśanti (विशन्ति) was dropped. Some enter.
