Having seen your great form, many mouths and eyes, many arms, thighs, feet, and bellies, terrible with many fangs, the worlds are shaken, and so am I, mighty-armed one.
Where it sits
11.20 shook the three worlds. He now includes himself. The vocative mahā-bāho (महा-बाहो) is the old name, said to a form that has more arms than that name can hold.

The phrases
rūpam mahat te bahu-vaktra-netram (रूपम् महत् ते बहु-वक्त्र-नेत्रम्) is the form again, and it is yours. Great, many mouths, many eyes. mahā-bāho (महा-बाहो) calls him by the arm, in the middle of the terror.
bahu-bāhu-ūru-pādam bahu-udaram bahu-daṃṣṭrā-karālam (बहु-बाहु-ऊरु-पादम् बहु-उदरम् बहु-दंष्ट्रा-करालम्) is the rest of the body. Many arms, thighs, feet, bellies, and fangs that make it dreadful.
dṛṣṭvā lokāḥ pravyathitāḥ tathā aham (दृष्ट्वा लोकाः प्रव्यथिताः तथा अहम्) joins him to the worlds. Having seen it, the worlds are shaken, and so am I.
Sanskrit in this line
महत् + ते mahat + te is recited mahat te (महत्ते). When t (त्) meets t (त्), the writing joins them as त्त tt. तथा + अहम् tathā + aham is tathāham (तथाहम्): ā (आ) plus a (अ) is ā (आ). प्रव्यथिताः + तथा pravyathitāḥ + tathā is pravyathitās tathā (प्रव्यथितास्तथा): āḥ (आः) before voiceless t (त्) becomes ās (आस्).
Say it back
Who is shaken besides the worlds. If aham (अहम्) is left out, he has put the terror only on them.
