kirīṭinaṃ gadinaṃ cakrahastaṃ
icchāmi tvāṃ draṣṭum ahaṃ tathaiva
tenaiva rūpeṇa caturbhujena
sahasrabāho bhava viśvamūrte
Arjuna (अर्जुन) is still speaking, to Kṛṣṇa (कृष्ण). This closes his long speech. Meter: triṣṭubh (त्रिष्टुभ्). Four quarters, eleven syllables each, forty-four in the verse.
The verse
I wish to see you just as before, crowned, with the mace and the discus in hand; be that very four-armed form, O thousand-armed, you whose body is the universe.
Where it sits
The ask that began at 11.3 is reversed in its object. He asked to see the lordly form. He has seen it. He asks now for four arms. Kṛṣṇa (कृष्ण) answers from 11.47. The long line continues for the answer, then breaks.

The phrases
किरीटिनम् गदिनम् चक्र-हस्तम् इच्छामि त्वाम् द्रष्टुम् अहम् तथा एव kirīṭinam gadinam cakra-hastam icchāmi tvām draṣṭum aham tathā eva names the form he wants back. I wish to see you just so: crowned, with the mace, discus in hand. These are the words of 11.17, now a request instead of a report.
tena eva rūpeṇa catur-bhujena sahasra-bāho bhava viśva-mūrte (तेन एव रूपेण चतुर्-भुजेन सहस्र-बाहो भव विश्व-मूर्ते) is the number of arms. Be with that very four-armed form, O thousand-armed, you whose body is the universe. He keeps the great vocatives while asking the great form to step back.
Sanskrit in this line
catur-bhujena (चतुर्-भुजेन) and sahasra-bāho (सहस्र-बाहो) are in one verse on purpose. The instrumental is the form he wants. The vocative is the form he is looking at. bhava (भव) joins them: thousand-armed one, be four-armed. तथा + एव tathā + eva is tathaiva (तथैव). तेन + एव tena + eva is tenaiva (तेनैव).
Say it back
How many arms he is asking for. If the answer is a thousand, the vocative has been taken as the request. The request is catur-bhujena (चतुर्-भुजेन).
