The phrases
महाभूतानि अहंकारः बुद्धिः अव्यक्तम् एव च mahābhūtāni ahaṃkāraḥ buddhiḥ avyaktam eva ca is the first cluster. The great elements, the I-maker, the intellect, and the unmanifest.
indriyāṇi daśa ekam ca (इन्द्रियाणि दश एकम् च) counts the senses. Ten, and one. दश + एकम् daśa + ekam is recited daśaikam (दशैकम्). The ten are the senses of knowing and of acting. The one beside them is the mind.
pañca ca indriyagocarāḥ (पञ्च च इन्द्रियगोचराः) is the last cluster of this verse. And the five objects the senses range over. च + इन्द्रिय ca + indriya is recited cendriya (चेन्द्रिय).
Sanskrit in this line
इ before a different vowel becomes y (य्). महा-भूतानि + अहंकारः mahā-bhūtāni + ahaṃkāraḥ is recited mahābhūtāny ahaṃkāraḥ (महाभूतान्यहंकारः).
दश + एकम् daśa + ekam is daśaikam (दशैकम्). अ + ए a + e becomes ai (ऐ). बुद्धिः + अव्यक्तम् buddhiḥ + avyaktam is buddhir avyaktam (बुद्धिरव्यक्तम्): visarga after i (इ), before a vowel, becomes r (र्).
Say it back
Say the list in order: elements, I-maker, intellect, unmanifest, senses, objects. If daśa ekam (दश एकम्) comes out as "eleven" with the one swallowed unnamed, stay here.
