The phrases

इदं ज्ञानम् उपाश्रित्य मम साधर्म्यम् आगताः idaṃ jñānam upāśritya mama sādharmyam āgatāḥ is the person this verse is about. He has resorted to this knowledge, and he has come to a nature the same as Kṛṣṇa's (कृष्ण). āgatāḥ (आगताः) is the subject. The two "having" words lean on him.

सर्गे अपि न उपजायन्ते sarge 'pi na upajāyante is the first result. Even when a world is poured forth, they are not born into it.

pralaye na vyathanti ca (प्रलये न व्यथन्ति च) is the pair. And when a world dissolves, they are not shaken. The two locatives, sarge (सर्गे) and pralaye (प्रलये), are the two ends of a world.

Sanskrit in this line

सर्गे + अपि sarge + api is recited sarge 'pi (सर्गेऽपि). e (ए) meets a (अ): the e (ए) stays, and the a (अ) is written ऽ, the avagraha. You still pronounce the break. The a (अ) of api (अपि) is the vowel the sign stands for. Do not start the next word at the p (प्).

Say it back

Cover the English. Say what they have come to, and the two times they are free of. If sādharmyam (साधर्म्यम्) comes out as "my duty," stay here. It is sameness of nature.
