The phrases
ya idaṃ paramaṃ guhyaṃ madbhakteṣv abhidhāsyati (य इदं परमं गुह्यं मद्भक्तेष्वभिधास्यति) is the one the gate allows. Who will declare this supreme secret among my devotees. The locative is the company he says it in.
bhaktiṃ mayi parāṃ kṛtvā (भक्तिं मयि परां कृत्वा) is how he declares it. Having made the highest devotion toward me. mayi (मयि) is where the devotion is set.
mām evaiṣyaty asaṃśayaḥ (मामेवैष्यत्यसंशयः) is where he comes. To me alone, without doubt. The same coming promised to Arjuna (अर्जुन) in 18.65, now promised to the one who passes the word on.
Sanskrit in this line
u (उ) before a (अ) becomes v (व्). मत्-भक्तेषु + अभिधास्यति mat-bhakteṣu + abhidhāsyati is recited madbhakteṣv abhidhāsyati (मद्भक्तेष्वभिधास्यति). The word is still abhidhāsyati (अभिधास्यति). यः + इदम् yaḥ + idam is ya idam (य इदम्): before a vowel other than the avagraha case, the visarga of yaḥ (यः) drops and the a (अ) stays beside the i (इ). They do not become e (ए).
