Where it sits

In Upadeśasāhasrī (उपदेशसाहस्री), prakaraṇa (प्रकरण) 17. Samyaṅmati (सम्यङ्मति). Right thought. The line is short. dṛṣṭeḥ (दृष्टेः) from 17.35 is still in force. A sūtra (सूत्र) leaves a word out when the line before still holds it. That carrying is anuvṛtti (अनुवृत्ति).

Split: vijñā-tālupta-śakti-tvāta (विज्ञा-तालुप्त-शक्ति-त्वात) + tathā (तथा) + śāstraṃ (शास्त्रं) + na (न) + hi (हि) + ity (इत्य्) + ataḥ (अतः)
